Include your account email, Paddle subscription status, and whether you need cancellation, refund review, or portal access.

Downloads

Include platform, release channel, app version, and the download or updater message shown in the app.

Diagnostics

Share logs only when requested. Redact provider keys, auth tokens, webhook secrets, and payment identifiers.
